I have never heard of Paul Shirley. He sounds like a perfect candidate for the newly formed All-American Basketball Alliance that bans blacks and foreigners, so he should be in good company. However, if wishes to expand his mind and find out the “Why?” behind why Haiti is what it is today he needs to expand his view from what he sees on television. I would recommend that Mr. Shirley, and others who share his views, attempt to read two books: “An Unbroken Agony: Haiti, From Revolution to the Kidnapping of a President” and “Eyes of the Heart: Seeking a Path for the Poor in the Age of Globalization” by former President of Haiti, Jean-Bertrand Aristide. If they would simply not accept the premise that black people worldwide enjoy hardship and poverty, and simply grasp “they why and the how” they will realize that Haiti is not just poor because…

First, what’s wrong with this picture. This guy has got to be a comedian. Who just wakes up and says, “Let me go down to the office and report that I, Jonah Falcon, have the WORLD’S LARGEST PENIS!” It sounds like he’s setting himself up for the adult entertainment industry. Because he never mentions if he has a degree, what he WANTS to do, and very little about what he has done in past occupations. Seriously, I would look for him to break ground in the adult video game industry soon. If he does appear in a porn flick, his co-star may not necessarily be a woman. Good Luck!

On the racial front, this breaks through a lot of stereotypes. Change is everywhere.

Perhaps he should become a marketing consultant with condom companies and do public service announcement commercials targeted at young people, “If I can make a condom fit, then so can you.” *Caption should read “World’s Biggest!”

Just Us Files: Tiger Woods & Charlie Sheen

Justice or as many find when faced by the so-called justice system, not only is justice not blind, but it’s “just us” being punished.

Case in point, Tiger Woods. What Tiger did was wrong, and it’s really between him and his wife. But at year end in 2009, Tiger Woods suddenly became the biggest news of the year. Why? Because he did what most athletes do, screwed around, his wife found out, and unlike many sports wives, she wasn’t havin’ it (Now THAT’S NEWS)! He didn’t beat her, she didn’t run for her life. Even when her mother fell ill, he made sure she got to the hospital. Before then, all this guy did was play golf, no drugs, no law breaking behavior. Just a geeky guy gone wild after spending his entire life perfecting his golf mojo.

But nonetheless, once it was discovered that Tiger had gone wild with some suspect looking skanks (not billionaire quality-which is the real crime here), his lucrative sponsors such as AT&T, Accenture, and Gatorade (a Pepsico company) began dropping him like a bad habit.

Enter Charlie Sheen. His wife calls 911 on Christmas to report that her husband is having an OJ moment, got a knife to her throat, and she’s scared for her life. Mentioned occasionally, but not so much as Tiger Woods. Maybe because he was upstaged by the Nigerian, Al Qaeda terrorist with the flaming ass trying to blow up a plane as it was landing, over Detroit (Scratch head, shrug shoulders as to why?) Now our boy Charlie ain’t no angel, he’s seen his share of rehab, hookers (remember Heidi Fleiss), porn stars, spousal abuse from former wife Denise Richards, etc… You get the picture, but he still has endorsements. Hanes has decided that maybe showing Charlie in ads with the jingle, “Wait until we get our Hanes on you!” isn’t going to sell a lot of underwear. So they have dropped the ads, but not Charlie, just the ads.

So what does a guy gotta do to lose his endorsements? Kill his wife? Go figure, huh?

Just us gets punished, and the penalty never fits the crime.
